Warrigal Lake South has been designed for people who want to live independently in their own home, while feeling more confident about the future, with support available if needed.
It will be a place where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa, connect with like-minded neighbours, and stay close to the local area you know and love.
Located close to the Lake Illawarra foreshore, shopping centres, recreational spaces, and transport links, Warrigal Lake South offers a lifestyle that is convenient, connected and easy to enjoy.

Sustainability has been considered throughout the planning and design of Warrigal Lake South, with energy-efficient features and practical choices included throughout the village.
These features are designed to support comfort, energy-efficiency and lower day-to-day running costs, including:
Rooftop solar panels
Energy-efficient hot water systems
Induction cooktops
Reverse-cycle air conditioning
Ceiling fans
Rainwater tanks
Food organics recycling
Electric vehicle charging options

Warrigal recently celebrated National Volunteer Week with two special Service Award events, to acknowledge the excellent contributions of our Northern and Southern volunteers.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all communities who also work and live on this land.
