Explore the Event Itinerary
• 5:00pm: Take a tour of our brand-new community village, Warrigal Lake South, and get an exclusive look at our display villas. *Please note: our display villas will only be open from 5:00pm to 6:00pm – so it’s important to arrive on time!
• 5:45pm: Head over to the Community Hub, where our friendly Warrigal team and downsizing support services will be waiting for you with information and resources.
• 6:00pm: Grab a refreshment and head inside, take a seat and hear first-hand from the experts about how to downsize the right way.
• 6:45pm: As formal proceedings wrap up, don’t forget to take a brochure on your way out, and grab a card from our team to get in contact about how you can join this fantastic community!

Yes, this event has limited spacing so please register your attendance so you don’t miss out.
What parking is available?
To ensure the safety of all our attendees please park on the streets surrounding the community and walk through the entrance on King Street. There you will be guided by our team.
There is no on-site village parking for this event. If you require additional support or have any questions about parking, please contact our team on 1800 927 744 (select option 1) so we can help.
Will there be food at this event?
Join us for an easy evening of wine, cheese, and the opportunity to learn more about the next step to downsizing into a retirement community. Dinner will not be provided.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, please fill out the RSVP form accordingly with the number of guests you are bringing, to ensure there is enough seating and refreshments for all those attending. If you require additional attendees beyond four people, please contact our team on 1800 927 744 (select option 1).
How much do the villas cost?
Our Lake South villas offers quality living at an accessible price point. Our Warrigal Village Sales team will be able to provide more information on pricing at the event. There are alternate payment options available to eligible residents. Depending on individual circumstance, we can connect you with one of our Village Sales Consultants who can discuss these options with you.
