When will Warrigal Lake South be ready?
Our Warrigal Lake South Community Village is expected to be completed by mid-2026, following construction beginning in July 2024.
How much do the villas cost?
Our Lake South villas will offer quality living at an accessible price point. Our Warrigal Village Sales team will be able to provide more information on expected pricing, with this to be confirmed further into the construction process.
Are there alternate payment options?
There will be alternate payment options available to eligible residents. Once pricing is finalised and depending on individual circumstance, we can connect you with one of our Sales Consultants who can discuss these options with you.
When can I purchase a villa and move in?
We are currently finalising purchase and move in dates. Our Warrigal Village Sales team will be able to provide more information about this soon.
Can I bring my pet to Warrigal Lake South?
Our Warrigal Community Villages are pet friendly, and we accommodate you to bring your pets along with you as per Village Management approval.
Can I have visitors stay with me?
Yes. Visitors are always welcome at Warrigal Lake South. Visitors and short-stay guests are welcome to visit during the day or stay overnight for up to 30 days without any need to notify us, provided you remain in the residence.
If a guest is expected to stay for more than 30 days in total within a 12-month period, we ask that you notify us and obtain written consent in advance. This helps us continue to support all residents and maintain the harmony of the village community.
Are there different villa floor plans?
There are two different floor plans available at Warrigal Lake South, with two colour schemes to pick from. You can explore the floor plans and colour schemes by downloading our online brochure here.

How many properties are being built at Warrigal Lake South?
There are 65 two-bedroom villas being built at Warrigal Lake South, each with their own courtyard, carport, storage space, and modern, low-maintenance designs.
Are the villas designed for ageing in place?
Yes – the villas have been designed with wider doorways, functional fixtures, ergonomic fittings, and provisions for future accessibility. We use our learnings from previous Community Village builds to continually improve on the design process, and ensure our villagers have the best possible living experience.
What will the social life be like at Warrigal Lake South?
Each community village is unique, and as Warrigal Lake South is a brand-new build, our new villagers have the opportunity to shape the community exactly how they want to!

Is there public transport close by?
Each Warrigal community village has been thoughtfully designed to ensure easy access to public transport-links, such as bus stops and train stations.
With a public bus stop located out the front of the village, enjoy a sustainable, affordable and convenient alternative to travel. Premier Illawarra’s Bus #51, running along King Street, offers an hourly service from Wollongong Train Station, travelling through to Oak Flats Train Station via Stockland Shellharbour.
Will there be village open days?
We will be holding village open days and information sessions to give you the opportunity to find out more about Warrigal Lake South and to tour the village. We will be sharing more information about these opportunities soon.
