At Warrigal, we are constantly seeking ways to contribute to the success of the aged care industry, and thank our Registered Nurses for the special contributions they make. That’s why in June, we’ll be hosting a free education session for AHPRA Registered Nurses, where they will receive one Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit for attending.

The session, named ‘Dive into Dementia’, will feature expert guest speakers from Dementia Australia, and include an immersive VR experience, giving attendees an in-depth look at best practices in dementia care. Attendees will explore innovative approaches to enhance patient outcomes, as well as expand their professional network & connections with peers and experts in the industry alike.

There are currently over 400,000 people living with dementia in Australia, with this number expected to grow to over 800,000 by 2058.
