As a not for profit, our community is everything to us. We know that when we work together, we can achieve so much. That’s why we’re committed to nurturing our relationships with local like-minded organisations and businesses through sponsorships and partnerships, to lift each other up and achieve our collective missions. We have numerous partnerships with local community organisations, like Greenacres, The Disability Trust, and Flagstaff, just to name a few, as well as being members of our local peak body, Community Industry Group.

At the heart of our organisation is a deep commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, rooted in our core values of integrity, respect, compassion, and innovation. We believe that by embracing diversity, both within our team and in the services we offer, we can create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Our goal is to build meaningful connections that allow everyone/people/individuals to be their authentic selves and fully engage with the world around them. Warrigal’s Dementia Action Plan

At Warrigal, we’re committed to lead change by bringing care, connection, and inclusion to older people living with dementia and their families. In alignment with this, we’ve developed a Dementia Action Plan that sets a clear direction for how we care for residents and customers living with dementia. Comprised of eleven key activities, this plan prioritises areas from across our Residential Care Homes, Community Villages and Home Services that ensures the delivery of quality care through a work-based education program.

This plan isn’t just about policies, procedures, or programs. At its heart, the Dementia Action Plan is about creating a culture where every older person living with dementia feels included and valued.
