Warrigal was founded by Volunteers back in 1964. Today, our organisation continues to thrive under the guidance of a dedicated voluntary Board. We are constantly inspired by our 350 volunteers, who each year give around 26,000 hours of combined hours to support our residents and customers.
Our volunteers are vital to our organisation, and hold a very special place in our community. They provide support in a number of ways, whether it be spending quality one-on-one time with our older people, driving our buses, organising and participating in social activities, gardening, and much more. If you have an interest, skill or hobby, you have an opportunity to share it with others by volunteering with us.
