When will Warrigal Lake South be ready?
Our Warrigal Lake South Community Village is expected to be completed by mid-2026, following construction beginning in July 2024.
How much do the villas cost?

There are 65 two-bedroom villas being built at Warrigal Lake South, each with their own courtyard, carport, storage space, and modern, low-maintenance designs.
Are the villas designed for ageing in place?
Yes – the villas have been designed with wider doorways, functional fixtures, ergonomic fittings, and provisions for future accessibility. We use our learnings from previous Community Village builds to continually improve on the design process, and ensure our villagers have the best possible living experience.
What will the social life be like at Warrigal Lake South?
Each community village is unique, and as Warrigal Lake South is a brand-new build, our new villagers have the opportunity to shape the community exactly how they want to!

Is there public transport close by?
Each Warrigal community village has been thoughtfully designed to ensure easy access to public transport-links, such as bus stops and train stations.
With a public bus stop located out the front of the village, enjoy a sustainable, affordable and convenient alternative to travel. Premier Illawarra’s Bus #51, running along King Street, offers an hourly service from Wollongong Train Station, travelling through to Oak Flats Train Station via Stockland Shellharbour.
