Meet Janine, Warrigal Wollongong’s Residential Care Manager
Janine’s journey into the world of aged care was inspired by a unique experience. Having initially worked in operating theatres, where her patients were always asleep, she took a leap and joined an aged care home for a few shifts.
That decision marked a turning point in her career, and she never looked back. What drives Janine daily are the lives and stories of our residents, which continue to inspire her.
In her role, Janine finds the greatest reward in helping our residents retain their livelihood and independence. Her commitment to ensuring their well-being and quality of life shines through in every interaction.
