• Each villa offers a spacious floor plan consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and a low maintenance courtyard at the rear of each property.
• Every dwelling will be fitted with solar panels, contributing to a more sustainable village and reducing electricity costs – an added perk of living at Lake South.
• We understand the importance of ageing in place, and this has been carefully considered when determining the layout, fixtures and fittings for each villa. Some of the design elements include, but are not limited to, functional joinery designs, ergonomic appliance selections, wider doorways, grab rails and provisioning for future adaptation if needed.
• Each villa has been designed with a carport, offering greater convenience and providing a sheltered area to park your car.
• Each dwelling will feature a secure storage cupboard perfect to lock away your bins, tools or other items for storage. The Next Steps

Our Lake South Community Village project is on track to be completed by quarter 2 of 2026 and we can’t wait as we get closer to welcoming new residents who will call one of the 65 villas home!
