Residential Aged Care

At Warrigal Mt Warrigal, we’ve created an engaging atmosphere and community that you’ll be proud to call home. The beautifully maintained grounds with Australian native plants attract a variety of wildlife, including colourful birds. Our care home offers spaces for individual relaxation or social interaction, with comfortable areas outside of bedrooms, flexible outdoor settings for gatherings, and tastefully decorated communal spaces.

At this care home, you will find a team of specialised registered nurses, visiting health professionals such as physiotherapists, and a dedicated leisure and lifestyle coordinator, who each work to ensure our residents are healthy, engaged and content. Programs & Activities

Every month, the Mt Warrigal lifestyle team release an activities calendar which explains all of the programs and events that residents can participate in for the month. Most activities happen daily and there are plenty of options available, creating choice for residents to engage as much or as little as they want. The common activities that run at Mt Warrigal include:

• Mini golf
• Bingo
• 6-pin bowling
• ‘Move & Groove’ walking group
• Exercise groups with registered physiotherapists
• Live entertainment (musicals, live bands, shows etc.)
• Singalongs & Karaoke

These activities are an important part of the day-to-day life for residents, as it provides an opportunity for them to stay fit and healthy, whilst also maintaining social interaction with their peers.
